Cienfuegos at the 29th International Choirs FestivalCienfuegos choir, with an extended musical tradition will be part of the institutions that represent Cuba at the 29th International Choirs Festival to be held in Santiago de Cuba.

With a very rooted musical proposal in the tradition of this city, there will gather groups from the United States, Australia, Norway and Great Britain, and other countries, and will share stages until November 29 with Cuban from different provinces attending the event.

The opening ceremony takes place at the Dolores concert hall, with performances of the emblematic Orfeon Santiago and Musica Aurea chamber music group.

The program also includes performances in the Esteban Salas Conservatory, Pedagogical, Medical and Oriente Universities, the Aguilera square, the Boniato prison center and Rialto Movies.

A practical-theoretical space will be dedicated to train children chorus, with audiovisual exhibitions evidencing the success of those groups.
