Commander in Chief Fidel Castro will speak to university students this FridayTo a few days of the begging of the 2010-2011 school year and the threat of a new war in the Middle East of unpredictable consequences for the world, the Commander in Chief Fidel Castro will address to university students this Friday, September 3rd, at 7: 30 a.m., at the stairway of Havana's University.
