Cuban cyclist Arnold Alcolea moved into second place in the 4th Tour of San Luis in Argentina led by Spanish Rafael Valls in Stage 2, Cuban News Agency reported.
Alcolea, leader of Cuban Tour goes eight seconds after Valls with a time of 8:19:34 hours followed by Venezuelan Jakson Rodriguez, Colombian Jose Serpa and Italian Vicenio Nibali.

Stage 2, 157 km, was productive for Cubans. Alcolea moved into second place, Raul Granjel moved into tenth and Yenier Lopez moved into thirty fifth, so, Cuba moved into sixth place among the nineteenth participant countries.

Valls conquered the 170 meter climb of the Monte Del Potrero leading at the summit with 7 seconds over Cuba's Arnols Alcolea. Alcolea goes ahead Cuban Yasmani Marinez. Alien Garcia tied with local Emmanuel Garcia.

Stage 3: Fraga - Buena Esperanza, 199.7 km is racing today with a favorable terrain for sprinters.
